How do I find the nearest location to me?

What information is provided on each location card?
Each card displays the location name, state, exact address, direct phone number, and a link to view full details for that specific site.
Do I need to book an appointment before visiting?
Walk-ins are accepted at most sites, but we recommend calling the location’s direct phone number ahead of time to confirm operating hours and availability.
Are all services available at every site location?
Core services are provided across all locations, but specialized services may vary by state. Click “View location” on any card to check site-specific offerings.
How many locations does CMTP have?
CMTP has 11 manufacturing sites across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania, plus partner alliances in Perth and Darwin. Wherever your business is, there’s a site close enough to keep freight short.
Where are CMTP’s sites?
Victoria: Colac, Melbourne; Dandenong South, Derrimut and Mildura. New South Wales: Sydney; Glendenning and Albury. Queensland: Brisbane; Clontarf and Brendale. South Australia: Adelaide; Edinburgh. Tasmania: Branxholm and Scottsdale.
Do you supply Western Australia and the Northern Territory?
Yes. CMTP works with trusted partners in Perth and Darwin, so customers in WA and the NT get the same standard of pallets and packaging without the cost of freighting everything across the country.
Will my order be made at the site closest to me?
In most cases, yes. Making your pallets and packaging at your nearest site cuts freight distance and cost and makes delivery more predictable. Orders that look interstate can often be made in your own state.
Is delivery included from every site?
Yes. Every quote includes delivery and a confirmed delivery date, whichever site your order is made at. The price on the quote is the price to your door.
Can one supplier look after all our sites across Australia?
Yes. If your business runs warehouses or plants in more than one state, CMTP can supply each one from its nearest site, on one account and to one spec. Your Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane sites all get the same pallet.
Can I collect my order from a CMTP site?
Talk to your nearest site. Pick-up can often be arranged, and the team will confirm a collection time and where to load. Call ahead so your order is ready when you arrive.
Where is CMTP’s head office?
CMTP’s head office is in Colac, Victoria, where the business started in a small workshop in 1976. It’s still family owned and run from there today.
Are all CMTP sites certified?
CMTP holds ISPM 15 certification for export packaging and HACCP International certification for food, beverage and pharmaceutical pallets. Our Colac and Dandenong sites also run under ISO 9001 quality management. Ask your nearest site which certified products it makes.
