Yes. Our livestock air freight crates are designed to meet International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations, and each design is certified by an independent structural engineer. That gives airlines, freight forwarders and exporters confidence the crate will be accepted for both domestic and international flights.

Yes. Our livestock crates are purpose built from plantation-grown timber and comply with ISPM 15 export standards, so they clear biosecurity at the destination without delays. For international animal shipments, that’s one less thing that can hold up the journey.

Each deck is fitted with effluent absorption mats that soak up waste and stop leaks, protecting the aircraft and other cargo. The mats also add cushioning underfoot, which keeps animals more comfortable on the journey. It’s a detail airlines care about, and it helps keep shipments moving.

Our crates can be built with vertical or horizontal sliding doors, depending on the animal and how it will be loaded and unloaded. Sliding doors make handling safer and quicker for staff at both ends of the trip. Tell us the animal and the loading setup, and we’ll recommend the right configuration.

Yes. Multi-deck pens make the most of aircraft space when moving smaller livestock like sheep and goats. The upper decks are easily demountable for loading and cleaning, and optional dividers can separate animals within each deck to reduce stress and injury.

No. Every livestock crate we build is custom made around the animals being moved, the airline’s requirements and the destination. There are no off-the-shelf pens, because no two shipments are the same. Get in touch as early as you can once a shipment is planned, so the team can design and build a crate that’s ready when your animals are.

Yes. We deliver crates to Melbourne and Sydney airports, with Brisbane and Perth available by arrangement. Crates can also be built at our facilities or assembled at a site you specify, so they’re ready when and where your animals need them.

Yes. Livestock crates can be supplied in flat-pack kit form and assembled where they’re needed. Flat-packing cuts transport costs and storage space, which makes a real difference when crates are being sent to an airport or a farm a long way from our sites.
