Yes. Our team comes to your site to measure the equipment, design the packaging and pack it where it stands. That means large or heavy machinery doesn’t have to be moved to a packing facility first, which saves time, cost and risk. We bring the materials and equipment needed to finish the job.
Make sure access to the equipment is clear, and that the ground is stable with a safe area for the team to set up and work. If your site has inductions, permits or specific safety requirements, let us know in advance so the team arrives ready to start.
It starts with measuring the equipment on site. From there, the team designs the crate around the machine’s weight, dimensions, access points and how it will be lifted and moved, including the bearers needed to carry the load. Every crate is purpose built, so the machine sits secure and supported for the whole journey.
Machinery is especially vulnerable to rust on long sea voyages, where condensation builds up inside containers. We protect equipment with corrosion inhibitor bags, VCI and foil bags, sealing the machine off from moisture and salt air so it arrives ready to install, not ready for repairs.
Yes. We use ISPM 15 export certified timber for all export crates and cases, so your equipment clears biosecurity at the destination without delays. Combined with corrosion protection and engineered crating, your machinery is packed to meet international requirements from the ground up.
Yes. We offer complete packing of sea containers, designing and loading the contents so everything fits, stays secure and can’t shift on the voyage. Packing the crates and the container together means one team is responsible for the whole job, from the first measurement to the container door closing.
Yes. We design machinery case and crate systems purpose built for air freight, where weight and size directly drive the cost. Air freight crates are built to protect the equipment while keeping weight down, so you’re not paying to fly extra timber.
Yes. Precision instruments, electronics and sensitive components need more than a strong box. We design internal cushioning, blocking and bracing to hold delicate parts still and absorb shocks in transit, along with moisture and corrosion protection where it’s needed.
