Stretch wrap, also called pallet wrap, is a highly stretchable plastic film wrapped tightly around goods on a pallet. As it’s stretched, it grips the load and holds everything together, so boxes don’t shift, topple or come apart in transit. It also helps keep dust and moisture off your goods.

Cast film is clearer, unwinds quietly and has consistent cling, which makes it a good all-rounder for regular, evenly shaped loads. Blown film is tougher and more resistant to punctures and tears, so it suits heavy loads or goods with sharp corners and edges. We supply both, so you can match the film to the load.

We supply stretch wrap from 12 to 35 micron. Thinner films suit light, even loads and help keep costs down. Thicker films give more strength and puncture resistance for heavy, unstable or sharp-edged loads. Not sure which to use? Tell us what you’re wrapping and the team will recommend the right gauge.

Clear wrap lets you see the goods and scan labels without unwrapping the pallet, which suits most warehouse and dispatch work. Black wrap hides what’s on the pallet, which helps with security for high-value goods, and it also blocks light. We supply both.

Stretch film is stretched tight around a load as it’s wrapped and holds it together with tension, with no heat needed. Shrink film is applied loosely and then heated, so it shrinks down tight over the product. Shrink film gives a neat, sealed finish for individual items or odd shapes, while stretch film is the faster option for wrapping whole pallets.

Poly strapping is light, flexible, easy to handle and won’t rust, so it suits light to medium loads and most palletised goods. Steel strapping has the highest strength and least stretch, so it’s the choice for heavy, rigid loads like timber, steel and machinery. We supply both, along with the tools and accessories to apply them.

Foam dunnage is foam packing shaped to cushion and hold products in place inside a case, crate or carton. We can customise the foam density and profile to suit your product, so fragile or high-value items are supported exactly where they need it and can’t move around in transit.
